Simple Sesame Ginger Chicken

You can prepare this Asian-inspired chicken dish faster than picking up Chinese take-out!

Ingredients
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame or olive oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon water
4 Tyson® Grilled & Ready Whole Breast Fillets
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon water

Preparation Instructions
1. In small bowl, make the sauce by whisking together ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic and water.
2. Place chicken in microwave safe dish, and cover with sauce. Follow microwave directions on Grilled & Ready packaging to heat.
3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.

The sunrise from our balcony was beautiful. The water was a 
The kids LOVED the pool area. In addition to this great water slide, there is a pirate ship for smaller kids. Lifeguards are on duty during the day time hours. There are lots of activities (putt putt golf, shuffleboard, archery, etc) and games around the pool to keep the young and old busy! 

We arrived right before lunch on Friday, and departed mid-day Sunday. We ate three meals at the Resort (lunch at the Green Cabin Room, breakfast at Shutters, and lunch at Bleacher's) but had our two suppers away from the Resort in nearby Vero Beach.
