Gluten Free Products by Viva Naturals

Many of you know that last year I started seeing a Naturopathic doctor for acupuncture to reduce stress and anxiety, and improve my overall health.  After some testing, he advised me to start a gluten free diet and talked to me purchasing quality vitamins.

And let me tell you -- I have purchased a variety of vitamins online and in store. Most I have liked, some I didn’t.  I was recently introduced to Viva Naturals Gluten-Free products and wanted to share about the company and its products.

Viva Naturals began selling affordable vitamins in 2011 with ingredients that are sustainably and ethically sourced.  All of the products are non-GMO and quality tested by a third-party. Today the company offers organic foods (like coconut oil and quinoa), a variety of quality supplements, and natural beauty products.

So let’s talk about my favorites!

  • Since we are traveling quite a bit over the next few months, I have started taking the Viva Naturals Elderberry + Vitamin C + Zinc for immune support. The supplement contains 100mg Elderberry, 400mg Vitamin C and 10mg Zinc.  This powerful antioxidant formula is taken as two capsule a day. Not only is the supplement gluten free, but it is manufactured without corn syrup or soy!
  • Viva Naturals Charcoal Sheet Masks are made with Lavender, Ylang-Ylang, Sweet Orange & Rose Oil Extracts. You actually get eight masks in four hydrating varieties; and best of all, the masks are infused with Hyaluronic Acid & Collagen.
  • I love to add a tablespoon of the Viva Naturals Cacao Powder to my morning smoothie. This powder is gluten free, vegan and organic – plus it’s full of rich chocolate flavor. (Parental tip: This is also a great way to hide a few veggies in your kid's smoothie too!)

Have I peaked your interest yet?  I hope so because Viva Naturals is the real deal. I encourage you to take a minute to check out the variety of options available at Viva Naturals Gluten-Free Products
