Christmas Cupcakes at Disney World this Season (2020)

Here's a round of up of all the delicious cupcakes I have been able to try this Christmas season at Walt Disney World Resort.

Over at Magic Kingdom...the most popular dessert right now is the Twice Upon a Cupcake – A confetti Christmas tree tops a vanilla cupcake with a red velvet hidden Mickey (Available at Main Street Bakery/Starbucks Nov. 6 – Dec. 30)

My favorite is the Orange Bird Christmas treat. It’s an orange–scented white chocolate mousse filled with orange curd (Available at Sunshine Tree Terrace Nov. 6 – Dec. 30) $5.99.

Now this is my kind of taco! The “Let it Snow Taco” is a sugar cookie “taco shell” filled with salted caramel and spiced chocolate mousse (Available at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe Nov. 6 – Dec. 30)  $5.99.

The Festival of The Holidays is underway at Epcot.

My favorite sweet treat at the #FestivalOfTheHolidays is the new Red Velvet Mini Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Icing ($4.00)!  You can find this creamy treat at the Holiday Hearth booth inside the festival center.

The chocolate Mickey tart is pretty amazing as well. It can also be found inside the Festival Center.  (The center tastes like a yummy chocolate truffle!) $4

And don't pass up a hidden yule log treat available in the Las Halles Boulangerie -Patisserie inside the France Pavilion

Well, let's not forget all the Resorts!

You can find this Christmas cupcake at Captain Cook‘s quick service restaurant at Disney's Polynesian Resort. It's yummy chocolate and peppermint. ($5.99)

This Cookies and Cream Minnie cupcake is available at Gasparilla Grill inside the Grand Floridan.  It's one of my favorites! ($5.99)

Head to Disney’s Saratoga resort for this  yummy chocolate and peppermint one.  (Have you noticed how many treats have been peppermint flavored the season?) $5.99

And there is a new Egg Nog cupcake at Disney Saratoga resort. This one is a spiced cupcake filled with an egg nog center filling. It's a very adult-tasting cupcake. $5.99

How cute is this seasonal cupcake from Disney’s Riviera resort?!? Just like the original Riveria cupcake, this yummy treat is a vanilla cupcake with a chocolate mousse center and topped with (green) buttercream icing. It is decorated with small, chocolate candies and a gold fondant cutout on top. Simple yet delicious. $5.99

This one was surprisingly yummy.  Over at Roaring Forks inside Disney's Wilderness Lodge you can find the Spiced cupcake, filled with Raspberry and topped in buttercream.

#RedVelvet fans unite!  This delish classic cupcake is back at Gasparilla Grill At The Grand Floridian Resort.

Let's hop over to Disney Springs...

The Poinsettia Petite Cake is now available at Amorette’s! $18. This amazing treat is an almond chiffon cake; layered with hazelnut panna cotta and cherry jam; and layered with chocolate pieces and frangelico. And how pretty is the red fondant poinsettia petals on top?!

Amorettes’s Patisserie has done it again! The Holiday Mickey Mouse mini dome cake is as delicious as the original. $9.

Happy Christmas!
