Last week I had a craving for pasta, so I threw the kids in the mini van and headed to the local grocery store to grab a few items. Not sure why, but a package of gnocchi caught my eye! Since it was already late in the afternoon and I didn't have time for a complicated recipe, I grabbed my iPhone and ran a quick recipe search on Google.
Well, let me tell ya'll, I found the BEST recipe: Parmesan Spinach Gnocchi from Life As a Strawberry! I followed the recipe to a tee...except I added some (already cooked) diced chicken to it. It was a HIT with my family and I can't wait to make it again. Let me know if you try it!
