Well, guess what, you can spice is up tonight! Zatarain's offers a new gravy mix that I love...Cajun Brown Gravy. It's a touch of beef, onion, garlic and peppers.
It has a nice flavor but not overly spicey and hot. You just add water and have the best gravy ever! I like to cook my beef in the crock pot all day and then serve it up with mashed potatoes and this brown gravy! (There is a Creole Red Gravy mix too, but I have not tried it yet--but plan to soon!)
