Outside of New Orleans...

It's true. The media were almost disappointed that nothing major happened to New Orleans. Within hours, they were out of the city and moved on to another "big story". But they haven't shown much of the aftermath of Hurricane Gustav.

My sister who lives south of New Orleans, still has NO electricity (it's been 10 days now). My parents still can't use city water due to the horrible smell. Public schools are closed for several more days.

And where is the media!? Why is Gustav so easily forgotten?
